  • In case of a damaged product, short or wrong material received, Kindly report the incident within 24 hours of the material delivered to you with an image of the damaged product along with the packaging pictures.
  • Customized product and product damage while handling or used product are subject to discussion and verification.
  • Our courier partner will pick up the product. or you can directly send the material to our office at the below-mentioned address: G-48, Gali No-8, Adhyapak Nagar, Nangloi, Delhi-110041
  • The refund will be processed within 3 business days from the date of material received in our office Subject to verification of material.
